Veterinary Assistant/ Receptionist

Ever since I was young, I’ve had a passion for animals. Since working at Walkers Line Veterinary Hospital as a veterinary assistant, my love for pets has only grown. When I was younger, I was raised with help from my pets. I currently own an Australian Labradoodle, Penny, and a rescue cat, Sebby. I attend McMaster University for Human Behaviour and Anthropology, and plan to continue working with animals as it brings me immense joy.

Veterinary Assistant

I love animals so much. I was working in Egypt as a vet for large animals and poultry until coming to Canada. I came to Canada with a great passion to get a new experience in the field of veterinary medicine especially with pets including exotic animals. Working in Walkers Line Vet Clinic gives me a great opportunity to follow my passion and learn more.

Veterinary Assistant
When I was little I was always changing what I wanted to do when I got older, but one thing stayed the same; I wanted to be surrounded by animals. I am currently in school to become a Vet Tech. I love all animals, big and small, and currently own two Terrier  mixes and 7 chickens!”
Veterinary Assistant
Hello, my name is Kristen.  For as long as I can remember I have always had a passion for animals, Veterinary medicine and animal care. It has always been easy for me to understand how to care for animals and to help them. I have always loved animals and knew I wanted a career involving them one day. I am always eager to learn more about Veterinarian medicine, animal care and our wonderful clients and pets here at our clinic. I want to do all I can to help animals in need here at our hospital and in the world. I have just graduated from Paralegal school and I hope to one day combine my education with my passion for animals. I want to help represent animal’s rights in court and be their voice. Looking forward to meeting many new furbabies in the future!
