Our veterinarian is highly skilled at performing a variety of surgeries on dogs, cats, and exotic pets (including guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, most reptiles, ferrets, and birds. We also have a network of surgeons who perform more complex surgeries.
Soft Tissue Surgery
Soft tissue surgery deals with parts of your pet’s body that is not related to their joints or bones. Some examples of soft tissue surgery we can perform are:

Orthopedic Surgery
Orthopedic surgery treats your pet’s joint condition, repairs torn ligaments and broken bones. This type of surgery can help correct congenital abnormalities as well. Common orthopedic surgeries include:
- Tibial Plateau Levelling Osteotomy (TPLO)
- Femoral Head and Neck Excision (FHO)
- Patellar Luxation Repair
- Fracture Repair

- Preanesthetic Bloodwork: This bloodwork assesses how your pet's major organs are functioning so our veterinarian can develop the safest anesthetic protocol for your pet.
- ECG Monitoring: We also offer ECG monitoring to assess your pet’s heart function.
- Intravenous fluids: Intravenous fluids help regulate your pet’s temperature, blood pressure, and hydration, as well as help flush the anesthetic medication through your pet’s system.
- Pain Management: We monitor your pet for any signs of pain throughout all stages of surgery and will administer pain medication if needed.
- Monitoring: Along with modern machines to monitor your pet's vital signs, there is a trained professional dedicated to your pet’s care at all times before, during, and after the procedure.
- Comfortable Recovery: Your pet’s comfort is our priority! Pain medication will be sent home to keep him comfortable and pain-free during the recovery process.
